God qualifies the called and doesn't necessarily call the qualified, in First Timothy Paul wrote, "if any man aspires to the office of overseer (elder), it is a fine work he desires to do. God has raised up men that He has qualified to lead TCF, these men are committed and dedicated to serve the Body of Christ here. They are willingly serving both behind the scenes as well as among the congregation, helping to meet the needs

of the growing flock at TCF.
